The New Hampshire Bid Network is owned* by the people of New Hampshire and is administered by the North America Procurement Council (NAPC), a social enterprise on behalf of the people of New Hampshire.
newhampshirebids.com publishes procurement solicitations (bid advertisements, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), requests for information (RFIs), etc) primarily from government agencies but also from some private organizations in New Hampshire. It is a New Hampshire government-to-business (G2B) and business-to-business (B2B) network. It is not a business-to-consumer or consumer-to-consumer site.
This site is being developed in response to a need for more efficient and transparent spending of tax dollars by government agencies and the need for more business opportunities by companies.

*Ownership - This site and its software, data and domain name are currently held in trust for the people of New Hampshire by NAPC until the site is fully developed, financially self-sufficient and a capable local organization can take on its administration. It is our goal to transfer administration of this site to a capable New Hampshire based non-profit organization or social enterprise starting in 2020.
